摘  要:为了提高挤压铸造的定量浇注和充型质量,利用模糊PID算法对电磁泵充型控制系统进行改进,并以此设计了以S7-1200 PLC为核心的电磁泵定量浇注和充型控制系统。仿真和试验表明,模糊PID控制能用于建立毛坯制件参数化数据、反馈信号输入与电磁泵控制输出之间的控制模型,有效降低系统响应存在的超调,并使毛坯制件的定量浇注精度偏差小于3%,有助于提高定量浇注和充型质量。In order to improve the quantitative pouring and filling quality of squeeze casting, the fuzzy PID was used to improve the electromagnetic pump control system, and the quantitative pouring and filling control system of electromagnetic pump with S7-1200 PLC as the core was designed. The simulations and experiments show that fuzzy PID control can be used to establish the control model between the parameterized data of the blank part, the feedback signal input and the electromagnetic pump control output, it effectively reduces the overshooting of the system response, and makes the quantitative casting accuracy deviation of the blank part below 3%, which is helpful to improve the quantitative pouring and filling quality.
