摘  要:在变形温度300~460℃和应变速率0.01~5 s^(-1)下,采用Gleeble3500热模拟机对喷射成形2195铝锂合金进行了高温热压缩试验。研究了该合金热变形过程中高温流动行为,利用线性回归方法拟合了峰值应力、应变速率以及变形温度间的本构关系,得到了变形激活能。结果表明:合金的变形激活能为155.049 kJ/mol,有效热加工窗口为410~460℃和0.01~0.5 s^(-1)。The high temperature thermal compression test of the spray forming 2195 Al-Li alloy was carried out by Gleeble3500 thermal simulator at deformation temperature of 300-460 ℃and strain rate of 0.01-5 s^(-1). The high temperature flow behavior of the alloy during thermal deformation was studied. The constitutive relationship between peak stress, strain rate and deformation temperature was fitted by linear regression method, and the deformation activation energy was obtained.The results show that the deformation activation energy of the alloy is 155.049 kJ/mol, and the effective hot working window is 410-460 ℃ and 0.01-0.5 s^(-1).
