摘  要:某厂使用SS400热轧酸洗钢板生产压缩机主壳体,在检查高频电阻焊管焊缝时发现微裂口缺陷。取缺陷样和未加工原板分析,主要包括宏观分析、成分分析、力学性能检测、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析。结果表明,SS400钢的成分中锰含量高,焊接时产生的MnO不易被完全挤出,导致焊缝微裂口缺陷。通过调整该钢的成分,提碳降锰,解决了焊接裂口问题。A factory used SS400 hot rolled pickling steel plate to produce the main shell of a compressor. When inspecting the welding seam, the microcrack defect was found. Defect sample and unprocessed original plate were analysed,which mainly includes the macro-analysis, composition analysis, mechanical properties test, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that in the original composition of SS400 steel, the manganese content is high, the MnO produced during welding are not easily fully extruded, which leads to weld microcrack defects. By adjusting the composition of the steel to increase carbon and reduce manganese, the problem of microcracks in the welding has been solved.
