摘 要:以沥青为原料,KOH为活化剂,在不同活化温度和不同质量比条件下制备沥青基球形活性炭,并探究其对亚甲基蓝的吸附特性。研究发现,在活化温度850℃和质量比为4:4条件下制备沥青基球形活性炭,其比表面积最大为1738.36 m^(2)/g,对亚甲基蓝的吸附容量为230.88 mg/g;沥青基球形活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附动力学既符合准一级动力学方程也符合准二级动力学方程,而吸附等温线遵循Langmuir等温线方程。Taking high softening point asphalt as raw material and KOH as activator,pitch-based spherical activated carbon was prepared under the conditions of different activation temperatures and different mass ratios,and its adsorption characteristics on methylene blue were investigated.The results showed that when the activation temperature was 850℃and the mass ratio was 44,the pitch-based spherical activated carbon had a maximum specific surface area of 1738.36 m^(2)/g,and the adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 230.88 mg/g.The adsorption kinetics of methylene blue on pitch-based spherical activated carbon conformed to both the quasi-first-order kinetic equation and the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,and the adsorption isotherm of methylene blue conformed to the Langmuir isotherm equation.
