摘  要:以蒌蒿为原料,采用枸橼酸-枸橼酸钠缓冲液-溴甲酚绿法测定蒌蒿总生物碱含量,以蒌蒿总生物碱得率为评价指标,考察提取时间、液料比、乙醇溶液浓度和提取温度四个因素对提取蒌蒿中总生物碱含量的影响,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验确定出最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:提取时间1.5 h、料液比1:10、乙醇溶液浓度90%、提取温度60℃为最佳工艺。在此条件下,蒌蒿中总生物碱的得率为0.379%。With Artemisia selengensis as raw material,citrate-sodium citrate buffer-bromocresol green method was used to determine the content of the total alkaloids,and the yield of the total alkaloids was used to evaluate the extraction time and liquid-to-material ratio.The influence of four factors,the concentration of ethanol solution and the extraction temperature on the total alkaloid content in the extraction of Artemisia selengensis,the optimal extraction process,was determined through the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.The test results showed that the best process was as follows:extraction time was 1.5 h,material-liquid ratio was 1:10,ethanol solution concentration was 90%,and extraction temperature was 60℃.Under these conditions,the yield of total alkaloids in Artemisia selengensis was 0.379%.
