摘　　要：为完善黑面神药材的质量标准,依据《中国药典》2020年版相关方法,对黑面神药材进行薄层鉴别以及水分、灰分、浸出物检查;采用HPLC法测定黑面神药材中表儿茶素的含量。建立了黑面神药材的薄层鉴别条件;水分、灰分、浸出物限度,同时优化并建立了HPLC测定黑面神药材中表儿茶素含量的方法。结果表明,黑面神药材的薄层鉴别及HPLC测定表儿茶素含量等方法简便、准确、重现性好,具有代表性,可有效控制黑面神药材的质量。In order to improve the quality standards of Breynia fruticos medicinal materials,according to the relevant methods in the appendix of the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the medicinal materials of Breynia fruticosa were identified by TLC method,the content of water,ashand extracts was studied.The content of Epicatechin was detected by HPLC.TLC conditions of Breynia fruticosa medicinal materials wereestablished,the limits of water,ash and extract was confirmed,HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Epicatechin in Breynia fruticosa medicinal materials was optimized and established.The methods of TLC and HPLC determination of Epicatechin content and other methods of Breynia fruticosa medicinal materials are simple,accurate and reproducible,which can effectively control the quality of Breynia fruticosa medicinal materials.
