摘 要:改进了一个大学化学实验——采用分子荧光光谱法测定铁离子的含量。该实验选用了一个BODIPY(硼氟二吡咯亚甲基)类荧光探针替换教材实验中8-羟基喹啉探针,操作简单,能够快速、高效、高选择性的检测铁离子。采用标准曲线法,有效的把探针和铁离子浓度建立线性关系,从而计算得到废水中铁离子含量。通过本实验可以使大学生快速掌握分子荧光法的基础知识,能够锻炼大学生运用所学实验技术解决实际问题的能力,适合作为本科生仪器分析实验项目开设。An university Chemistry experiment on the detection of iron ions using a molecular fluorescence method was improved.In the experiment,the traditional 8-hydroxyquinoline was replaced by a compound based on BODIPY,which was simple in operation and high in efficiency and selectivity.The standard curve method was used to effectively establish a linear relationship between the probe and the iron ion concentration,thereby calculating the iron ion content in the wastewater.Through this experiment,college students can not only quickly master the basic knowledge of molecular fluorescence method,but also exercise the ability of college students to use the experimental techniques to solve practical problems.This experiment is suitable for senior Instrumental Analysis experiments.
