复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行修正性手术及综合治疗的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨修正性手术及综合治疗对复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床疗效。方法80例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,按照双盲法分为甲组及乙组,每组40例。甲组实施修正性手术及综合治疗,乙组实施传统手术及综合治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的嗅觉功能评分。结果甲组患者的总有效率95.00%高于乙组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的嗅觉功能评分均低于本组治疗前,且甲组患者的嗅觉功能评分(1.2±0.2)分低于乙组的(2.3±0.3)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论修正性手术及综合治疗对复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床疗效确切,不仅可以有效改善患者的病情,还可以促使患者的嗅觉功能恢复,值得临床大力推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of corrective surgery and comprehensive treatment in patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into group A and group B according to the double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A performed corrected surgery and comprehensive treatment,and group B performed traditional surgery and comprehensive treatment.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect and olfactory function scores before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of group A was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the olfactory function scores of the two groups were lower than those of the groups before treatment,and the olfactory function scores(1.2±0.2)points of group A were lower than(2.3±0.3)points of group B.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Corrective surgery and comprehensive treatment has affirmative clinical efficacy on patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps,and it can not only effectively improve the condition of patients,but also promote the recovery of olfactory function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
