中医对肛肠术后排尿困难的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医对肛肠术后排尿困难的临床治疗效果。方法92例肛肠术后排尿困难患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和实验组,每组46例。对照组行西医常规导尿治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上行中医治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、中医症状评分、首次自主排尿时间。结果实验组患者的总有效率95.65%高于对照组的82.61%,不良反应发生率4.35%低于对照组的19.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的中医症状评分(7.42±0.35)分低于对照组的(12.39±0.24)分,首次自主排尿时间(5.50±2.09)d短于对照组的(9.05±3.12)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医对肛肠术后排尿困难的临床治疗效果突出,可显著提升临床治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得在临床治疗中推广实施。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on dysuria after anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with dysuria after anorectal surgery were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional western medicine catheterization,and the experimental group underwent traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of clinical effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and time of first spontaneous urination.Results The total effective rate 95.65%of the experimental group was higher than 82.61%of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions 4.35%was lower than 19.57%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(7.42±0.35)points of the experimental group was lower than(12.39±0.24)points of the control group,and the time of first spontaneous urination(5.50±2.09)d was shorter than(9.05±3.12)d of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable clinical effect on dysuria after anorectal surgery,and it can significantly improve the clinical effect and prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
