分消走泄法在小儿泄泻治疗中的运用

摘　　要：通过分析分消走泄法与其代表方剂温胆汤的治湿要义,以及小儿泄泻的临床特征和病因病机,总结临床运用分消走泄法治疗小儿泄泻的经验。本文指出湿热病机贯穿于小儿泄泻疾病始终,湿热体质是其重要的影响因素。在治疗过程中,以运脾化湿除邪为治疗法则,运用温胆汤为基础方分消湿热邪气,纠正湿热偏颇体质,并根据不同证型分别治以疏风散寒、消食导滞、健脾益气,配伍相应方剂加减施治,标本兼顾。By analyzing the method of elimination of pathogens through purgation and dieresis and its representative prescription Wendan Decoction,as well as the clinical characteristics and etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric diarrhea,the experience of clinical application of the method in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea is summarized.It is pointed out that the damp-heat pathogenesis runs through the diarrhea of children,and the damp-heat physique is an important factor.The treatment is based on the principle of mobilizing the spleen,dissipating dampness and eliminating evils,using Wendan Decoction as the basic prescription to eliminate dampness and heat,correcting the damp-heat biased physique,and to relieve wind and cold according to different syndrome types,eliminate food and guide stagnation,invigorate spleen,conduct addition and subtraction treatment according to the compatibility with the corresponding prescription,to treat both symptoms and root causes.
