“肘三针”傍针刺联合运动灸法治疗急性期肱骨外上髁炎

摘　　要：目的观察"肘三针"傍针刺联合运动灸法治疗急性期肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法通过随机数字表法将62例急性期肱骨外上髁炎患者分为观察组与对照组各31例,观察组于"肘三针"行傍针刺联合运动灸法治疗,对照组单纯给予傍针刺治疗,观察两组治疗前后Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)以及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组MEPS及VAS评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"肘三针"傍针刺联合运动灸法可有效治疗急性期肱骨外上髁炎,且方法简单安全,可操作性强。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of proximal needling of three elbow acupoints combined with motion moxibustion in the treatment of acute lateral epicondylitis.Methods:A total of 62 patients with acute lateral epicondylitis were divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)by random number table method.The observation group was treated with proximal needling of three elbow acupoints combined with motion moxibustion,whereas the control group was only treated with acupuncture.Mayo elbow function score(MEPS)and pain VAS score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 83.87%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MEPS index and VAS score in the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Besides,after treatment,the differences in MEPS index and VAS score between the observation group and the control group were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of proximal needling of three elbow acupoints combined with motion moxibustion can effectively treat acute lateral epicondylitis,and the method is simple,safe and operable.
