摘　　要：暑温是感受暑热病邪所致,发于夏季,且起病即以阳明气分热盛证候为主的急性外感热病。文章通过对暑温相关古籍文献查阅梳理,从病名、病因病机、治法入手考其源流。按历史脉络梳理暑温病名,总结历代医家对本病病因病机之认识,整理讨论暑温之治法,清其脉络,溯本求源,以期为临床研究提供新思路,更好指导临床实践。Summer-warm syndrome is caused by the feeling of summer fever,which occurs in summer,and the onset is acute exogenous fever with Yangming Qi sub-heat syndrome as the main symptom.Through combing the warm disease in summer in related ancient literatures,this article studies its origin from the disease name,the etiology disease machine,and the treatment method.It strives to comb the name of warm disease in summer according to the historical context,sum up the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease the past dynasties,arrange and discuss the treatment of warm disease in summer,clear its vein and seek its source,in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and better guide clinical practice.
