摘　　要：目的在三级甲等中医院,构建急诊-发热门诊-感染病房一体化运行机制,形成具有中医特色的防控体系,对突发公共卫生事件中的应急能力、资源整合、运营效果进行分析。方法从部门一体化、团队一体化、专业一体化、中医治疗体系、医院感染管理5个方面,科学整合医疗资源,构建"平战结合"、具有中医特色的医疗防控体系。结果通过对在构建前、后100例发热患者候诊时间、就诊完成时间、确诊时间、应急反应时间、中医治疗比例等几个方面进行比较,一体化模式明显优于普通模式(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论急诊-发热门诊-感染病房一体化运行模式是一种高效、资源集中、节约运行成本、急救应急能力强效,体现中医特色的运行模式。Objective:To build an integrated operation mechanism of Emergency Department-Fever Department-Infection Ward in a Tertiary A TCM hospital,to form a prevention and control system with TCM characteristics,and to analyze the emergency response capabilities,resource integration,and operational effects in public health emergencies.Methods:Scientifically integrated medical resources and built a"combination of peace and war",and a medical prevention and control system with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics from five aspects:departmental integration,team integration,professional integration,Chinese medicine treatment system,and hospital infection management.Results:There were significant differences by comparing the waiting time,completion time,diagnosis time,emergency response time,and TCM treatment ratio of 100 fever patients before and after the construction between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The integrated operation mode of Emergency Department-Fever Clinic-Infection Ward is an operation mode that is highly efficient,resource-intensive,saves operating costs,and has strong emergency response capabilities.It reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and is worthy of promotion.
