摘　　要：目的分析基于多学科诊疗模式(MDT)的管理模式对新生儿内科血培养标本污染的控制效果。方法建立MDT管理模式,通过采取培训、监测与反馈、血培养采集过程质控、合理用药指导和考核等一系列措施,控制新生儿内科血培养标本污染,并比较对照组与干预组血培养标本污染率差异。结果MDT对照组新生儿共4067例次,送检血培养标本3705份;干预组共4622例次,送检血培养标本4561份。干预组血培养标本污染率(0.13%)低于对照组(3.87%)(P<0.01)。结论MDT管理模式可有效降低新生儿内科血培养标本污染率,值得在临床科室推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of multi disciplinary team(MDT)mode on reducing the contamination rate of blood culture specimens in neonatal ward.Methods MDT management model was established to control the contamination of blood culture samples in neonate internal medicine department through a series of measures including training,monitoring and feedback,quality control of blood culture collection process,rational drug use guidance and examination.The difference of contamination rate of blood culture samples in the control group and the intervention group was compared.Results There were 4067 case times in the MDT control group,3705 blood culture samples were sent for inspection;and there were 4622 case times in the intervention group,4561 blood culture samples were sent for inspection.The contamination rate of blood culture samples in the intervention group(0.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.87%)(P<0.01).Conclusion MDT management mode can effectively reduce the contamination rate of blood culture samples in neonatal ward,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical departments.
