摘　　要：目的了解聊城市百日咳发病现状和流行病学特征,为制定控制策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2018~2020年聊城市百日咳疫情资料进行分析。结果2018~2020年聊城市累计报告百日咳病例1091例,年均发病率为5.98/10万。2018~2020年发病率分别为10.95/10万、6.49/10万、0.54/10万,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。东阿县发病率最高(58.48/10万);0~9岁发病率较高,占发病总数的97.89%;男性发病率(6.02/10万)高于女性(5.95/10万)(P<0.01)。全部病例中,散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生发病1080例、占发病总数的98.99%。结论2018年以来聊城市百日咳发病呈下降趋势,散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生是百日咳防控的重点人群。Objective To understand the status and epidemiological characteristics of pertussis in Liaocheng city,so as to provide scientific evidence for developing strategies of prevention and control.Methods The data of pertussis during 2018-2020 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 1091 pertussis cases were reported during 2018-2020,and the average annual incidence was 5.98/10^(5).From 2018 to 2020,the incidence were 10.95/10^(5),6.49/10^(5),0.54/10^(5) (P<0.01),and the incidence of Dong’e county was the highest(58.48/10^(5)).In different age groups,patients at the age of 0-9 accounted for 97.89%.The incidence of male(6.02/10^(5))was higher than that of female(5.95/10^(5))(P<0.01).The diaspora children and pre-school children and students occupied 98.99%of all cases.Conclusion Since 2018,the incidence of pertussis in Liaocheng city has been declining.Scattered children,kindergarten children and students are the key groups for prevention and control of pertussis.
