摘  要:目的研究邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctylphthalate,DOP)和氯仿(chloroform,CF)对小鼠心组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。方法40只健康清洁级雌性昆明小鼠,随机均分到4组,即DOP组、CF组、DOP+CF联合组,剂量依次为540、112、540 mg/kg DOP+112 mg/kg CF;对照组为玉米油。通过灌胃方式染毒,染毒容量为10 ml/kg,1次/d,连续染毒15 d。染毒7 d、15 d后,各组随机选取5只小鼠处死,取心脏。测定小鼠心组织匀浆中LDH活力。结果各组小鼠染毒7 d心组织LDH活力差异无统计学意义(P_(1)<0.05),对照组LDH为(2649.45±449.71)U/gprot,DOP组LDH为(3065.62±710.53)U/gprot,CF组LDH为(3112.07±815.27)U/gprot、联合组LDH为(2825.35±209.69)U/gprot;随着染毒时间的延长,各组LDH活力均下降。各组小鼠染毒15 d心组织LDH活力差异有统计学意义(P_(3)<0.01),DOP组LDH为(849.55±111.36)U/gprot,低于对照组(1322.86±155.87)U/gprot,CF组LDH为(1479.94±287.36)U/gprot,联合组LDH为(1108.24±181.82)U/gprot。DOP和CF联合暴露7 d和15 d,对小鼠心组织LDH活力的影响均未见交互作用(P_(2)>0.05,P4>0.05)。结论DOP和CF联合暴露对小鼠心组织LDH活力的影响未见交互作用。Objective To study the effects of dioctyl phthalate(dioctylphthalate,DOP)and chloroform(chloroform,CF)on lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the heart of mice.Methods A total of 40 healthy and clean female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:DOP group,CF group and DOP+CF combined group.The dosages were 540,112 and 540 mg/kg DOP+112 mg/kg CF respectively;the control group was corn oil.The dosage was 10 ml/kg by gavage,once a day for 15 days.After 7 and 15 days of exposure,5 mice in each group were randomly selected to be killed and their hearts were taken out.The activity of LDH in mouse heart homogenate was determined.Results There was no significant difference in LDH activity in heart tissue of mice in each group after 7 days of exposure(P_(1)>0.05),LDH was(2649.45±449.71)U/gprot in control group,LDH was(3065.62±710.53)U/gprot in DOP group,LDH was(3112.07±815.27)U/gprot in CF group,LDH was(2825.35±209.69)U/gprot in combination group;with the extension of exposure time,LDH activity decreased in each group.The LDH activity of heart tissue in each group was significantly different(P_(1)<0.01).The LDH of DOP group was(849.55±111.36)U/gprot,which was lower than that of control group(1322.86±155.87)U/gprot.The LDH of CF group was(1479.94±287.36)U/gprot,and that of combination group was(1108.24±181.82)U/gprot.There was no interaction between DOP and CF on LDH for 7 and 15 days(P_(2)>0.05).Conclusion There was no interaction between DOP and CF on LDH activity in heart tissue of mice.
