2019年泰安市中小学生重点常见病监测

摘　　要：目的了解泰安市中小学生重点常见病现状,为开展针对性防制措施提供依据。方法2019年10月采用分层随机整群抽样的方法对泰安市3个县区6831名中小学生进行常见病监测,应用描述性流行病学方法对结果进行分析。结果共调查6831名中小学生,其视力不良、龋齿、肥胖、血压偏高、脊柱弯曲检出率分别为75.82%(5172/6821)、50.86%(3474/6831)、19.12%(1306/6831)、12.19%(833/6831)、3.89%(266/6831)。女生的视力不良率为79.55%(2521/3169)、龋患率为55.56%(1763/3173)高于男生72.59%(2651/3652)、46.77%(1711/3658)(P<0.01);男生的肥胖、血压偏高、脊柱侧弯检出率为23.21%(849/3658)、16.04%(587/3658)、4.98%(182/3658)均高于女生14.40%(457/3173)、7.75%(246/3173)、2.65%(84/3173)(P<0.01);城区学生视力不良率77.33%(3626/4689)高于郊县72.51%(1546/2132),而龋患率47.42%(2228/4698)低于郊县58.42%(1246/2133)(P<0.01)。结论泰安市中小学生重点常见病现状不容乐观,相关部门应进行有效防控。Objective To understand the current situation of key common diseases among primary and secondary school students in Tai’an city,so as to provide basis for carrying out targeted prevention and control measures.Methods A total of 6831 primary and secondary school students in 3 counties and districts of Tai’an city were monitored for common diseases using stratified random cluster sampling in October,2019,and the results were analyzed using descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 6831 primary and middle school students were surveyed.The detection rates of poor eyesight,dental caries,obesity,high blood pressure and spinal curvature were 75.82%(5172/6821),50.86%(3474/6831),19.12%(1306/6831)and 12.19%(respectively).The rate of poor eyesight and caries in girls was 79.55%(2521/3169),which was higher than that in boys(72.59%)(2651/3652)and 46.77%(1711/3658),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The detection rates of obesity,high blood pressure and scoliosis in boys were 23.21%(849/3658),16.04%(587/3658)and 4.98%(182/3658),which were higher than those in girls[14.40%(457/3173),7.75%(246/3173)and 2.65%(84/3173)](P<0.01).The rate of poor eyesight in urban students was 77.33%(3626/4689),higher than that in suburban counties(72.51%,1546/2132),while the rate of caries was 47.42%(2228/4698),lower than that in suburban counties(58.42%,1246/2133)(P<0.01).Conclusion The current situation of key common diseases among primary and middle school students in Tai’an city is not optimistic,and relevant departments should carry out effective prevention and control.
