摘　　要：转型高校专业集群与地方产业链存在共同演进的关系。专业集群结构优化为地方产业链发展提供支撑作用,地方产业链发展为专业集群结构优化提供契机。二者在战略选择、集群方式和运行体系方面耦合。以此为基础思考转型高校专业集群结构优化的路径,就要在选择更优战略的同时兼顾育人和产业链需求;在集群方式的选择上需要厘清思路,着重考虑专业的资源禀赋;在优化运行体系上要打破学科专业及管理层面的壁垒,建立健全动态调整机制。Major cluster construction structure in transitional colleges and universities refers to the organizational structure of major cluster.There exists a co-evolution relationship between major cluster and local industrial chains.Optimization of major cluster structure promotes the development of local industrial chains,and conversely it provides opportunities for optimization of major cluster structure.They are coupled in strategic choice,cluster approach and operation system.Thinking about the path of optimization of major cluster construction structure on this basis,transitional colleges and universities should balance the needs of education and local industrial chains in strategic choice,clarify the thinking in the choice of major cluster mode,focus on professional resource endowments.In the operation system,to break the barriers of discipline,major and management level,establish and improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism.
