摘  要:教师职业韧性是指教师可以适应各种复杂环境以及在不利条件下提高自身能力的过程,并在一定的环境中将压力转变为动力的职业信念,其是消解教师职业倦怠的重要途径。BRiTE项目以坚定教师从教意愿为设计目标,以个性化、互动性、专业性为设计原则,以模块化的概念内容为培训主题构建了教师职业韧性的发展框架,旨在通过体验式和在线学习的方式来支持教师发展与韧性相关的技能和策略,引导教师坚定从教信念,提高教师留任率。该项目在教师职业韧性发展的实践中具有以下特点:探究教师职业韧性中的影响因素、约束阻力因素、激发推力因素;重视不同视角下的教师职业韧性提升;积极搭建以“互联网+”为载体的智慧在线学习平台推动教师职业韧性发展。Teacher resilience refers to the process in which teachers can adapt to a variety of complex environments,improving their abilities and turn pressure into motivation under certain conditions.It is an important way to eliminate teachers’burnout.With strengthening teachers’teaching intention as the design objectives,with personalized,interactive,professional learning as the design principles,based on the concept of modular content as the training topics,BRiTE project builds the teacher resilience development framework,which aims to support the development of the teachers’resilience skills and strategies through experiential and online learning way,to lead teachers strengthen their teaching beliefs,and to increase teachers’retention rate.This project has the following characteristics in the practice of teacher resilience development:exploring the influence factors of teacher resilience,restraining the resistant factors,stimulating the improving factors,and attaching the importance of teacher resilience development from different perspectives;andbuild an intelligent online learning platform actively with"Internet+"as the carrier to promote the development of teacher careerresilience.
