历史制度主义视域的高校辅导员制度变迁研究

摘　　要：从历史制度主义的理论视域看,我国高校辅导员制度结构受到宏观历史情境、政府认知、政策法制化进程等变量以及制度中主体博弈行为的影响与制约;同时在高校辅导员制度变迁过程中具有路径依赖和渐进转型的特性,存在关键节点并呈现出断裂均衡的过程。我国高校辅导员制度应打破“历史否决点”,适应多利益主体合作参与的新制度环境,从而不断推动制度创新。From the theoretical perspective of historical institutionalism, the institution structure of college counselors in China is influenced and restricted by macro-historical contexts, government cognition, legalization of policy process and other variables, as well as the game of subject in the system.At the same time, it has the characteristics of path dependence and gradual transition in the process of college counselor’sinstitution changes. There are also key nodes which present the process of fracture equilibrium in change.The system of college counselor’sinstitution in China should break the “historical veto point” and adapt to the new institution environment of multi-interest subjects’ cooperation and participation, so as to continuously promote the institution innovation.
