摘　　要：国际教育合作是我国与“一带一路”沿线各国民心联通的“载体”,但目前,合作相对模式单一且缺少第三方参与、深入研讨和选择符合合作双方利益的研究课题不足、教师及课程的交流合作欠缺等问题制约了“载体”发挥更好效果。围绕这些问题,文章以“LBE(实验室为教学中心,Laboratory-Based Education)”为焦点,分析日本工科领域高等教育在国际教育合作中的运行机制,探讨LBE模式在发展中国家大学的实践经验及其对我国加深与“一带一路”沿线广大发展中国家国际教育合作的启示。International education cooperation is the Carrier of the people’s connection between our country and the countries along the“Belt and Road”.However,at present,the relatively single mode of cooperation and lack of third-party participation,in-depth discussions and selection of research topics that are in the interests of both parties to the cooperation,lack of communication and cooperation between teachers and courses,and other issues restrict the“carrier”to exert better results.Focusing on these issues,this article focuses on LBE(Laboratory-Based Education),analyzes the operating mechanism of Japanese engineering higher education in international education cooperation,and explores the practical experience of the LBE model in universities in developing countries.And its enlightenment to my country’s deepening of international education cooperation with the developing countries along the“Belt and Road”.
