摘　　要：以学生预估分数等级为依据录取新生的“资格前录取制度”是英国一直以来具有鲜明特色的高校招生制度。随着英国教育的发展,该招生制度也暴露出各种问题,改革势在必行。文章就英国正要实施的高校招生制度改革的主要背景、政策的形成、改革主要举措和特点等进行分析,以期为我国考试招生制度改革提供一些启发和参考。The“pre-qualification admissions policy”that admits new students into universities based on their estimated scores is a distinctive characteristic of the British higher education system.However,with the educational development in the UK,this policy has also posed various problems,thus reform is imperative.The article analyzes the main background,policy formation,main reform measures and characteristics of the university admissions policy reform that is being implemented in the UK,with the aim of providing some inspiration and guidance for the reform of the university admissions policy in China.
