摘　　要：受技术性法律职业主义理念的影响,法律职业教育堕入技术主义的误区。具体体现是:轻视法律职业伦理培养,偏重法条识记而不屑法学理论分析,注重实务技能教育而忽视法律思维能力的形塑。要克服法律职业教育中的技术主义倾向,应该坚持不偏不倚的法律职业主义理念,并以法律职业素养为教育内容的指引,强化法律职业伦理教育,注重法学理论教育以及法律思维能力的养成。Affected by the idea of technical legal profession,legal profession education falls into the erroneous area of technicism.Specifically,they neglect the cultivation of legal professional ethics,pay more attention to the memorization of legal articles than to the analysis of legal theories,and pay more attention to the education of practical skills but ignore the shape of legal thinking ability.In order to overcome the tendency of technicalism in legal professional education,we should adhere to the idea of impartial legal professional doctrine.We need to take legal professional accomplishment as the guidance of educational content,strengthen the education of legal professional ethics,and pay attention to the education of legal theory and the cultivation of legal thinking ability.
