摘　　要：医学流派属于自然科学学派,是中医学学科进步与发展的重要动力和源泉。医学流派划分的根本依据是"学术",目的是为了昌明学术。在大学学科建设中,医学流派是一种学科组织形式,学派建设应致力于恢复学术传统,促进新学科形成。学派在传承中不断分化融合,推动学科发展与成熟。对医学流派规范与管理应从学科组织建设角度出发,使学派建设尽早走出丛林时代,成为新学科萌生的土壤,达到助力中医学学科发展的效用。Medical-school belongs to the school of natural science and is an important driving force and source for the progress and development of TCM. The division of medical-school is based on the academic nature,and the purpose is to promote academic development. In the construction of university discipline,medical-school is a form of discipline organization,with its role to restore academic tradition and promote the formation of new disciplines.Generally,academic schools have constantly divided and integrated to promote the development and maturity of the discipline. The standardization and management of medical schools should be based on the construction of discipline organization,so that the medical-school construction can initiate new TCM disciplines and enhance the overall development of TCM discipline.
