摘 要:高校"五老"是一个具有政治、威望、经验、时空、亲情五大优势的特殊老同志群体,是培养教育大学生不可忽视的一支重要德育力量。依据"95后"大学生置身的成长环境和自身特点,列出德育需求菜单;通过"五老"优势分析,列出德育供给菜单。提出按规律施教、细分功能组、立足小舞台、点线面互动、树特色品牌,实现"95后""需求菜单"和"五老""供给菜单"的精准对接的实施要点,有效地把"五老"群体融入到高校德育工作之中。The "five seniors"characterized by their political awareness,social prestige,rich experience,flexible time and empathetic connection is a force to be reckoned with in moral education for colleges and students.According to the characteristics of "post-1995 born"college students and their growing environment,a demanding menu is listed to meet the requirements of moral education for college students. Meanwhile,a supplying menu is also listed based on the advantages of the "five seniors"to facilitate moral education. The key points are identified to coordinate students’ needs and the advantages of "five seniors"under the guidance of teaching to meet the students’ needs and in accordance with their aptitude,dividing "five seniors"into different groups to achieve desirable teaching objectives,making best use of different activities to promote interactions,and developing teaching models to improve the quality of moral education,all of which will effectively integrate the "five seniors"into the teaching of moral education at college.
