摘 要:"双心疾病"是心病科的常见病、多发病,脾失健运是其重要发病机制。近年来研究发现,线粒体能量代谢障碍与双心疾病发病具有一定相关性,中医"脾"与线粒体的功能特性具有许多共通之处,脾虚的本质是线粒体功能障碍,临床中采用健脾益气、醒脾化湿能有效改善双心疾病症状、缓解精神障碍,并改善线粒体功能。本文将基于线粒体能量代谢障碍,探讨从脾论治双心疾病的机理,为临床"双心疾病"治疗提供一定的思路。"Psychocardiological disease" is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the department of cardiology with dysfunction of spleen in transportation as the important pathogenesis. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders are related to the occurrence of psychocardiological disease. The characteristics of the function of "spleen" and mitochondria are similar to a large extent. The essence of spleen deficiency is mitochondrial dysfunction. In clinical practice, invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi, and activating the spleen and draining dampness can significantly improve the symptoms of psychocardiological disease and alleviate mental disorders while improving mitochondrial function. This paper will explore the mechanism of treating psychocardiological disease from the perspective of spleen based on energy metabolism disorder of mitochondria so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the psychocardiological disease.
