莲必治注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨莲必治注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月在平煤神马医疗集团总医院住院治疗的126例病毒性肺炎患者,按照随机数字法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各63例。对照组口服磷酸奥司他韦胶囊,75 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上静脉滴注莲必治注射液,0.5 g/次,加入到0.9%氯化钠注射液中,1次/d。两组患者连续治疗7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组临床症状好转时间,血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为98.41%,显著高于对照组的84.13%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组发热、咳嗽、头痛、肺部啰音好转时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莲必治注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肝炎效果显著,临床症状可快速缓解,并能降低机体炎性反应,值得临床借鉴与推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lianbizhi Injection combined with oseltamivir in treatment of viral pneumonia.Methods A total of 126 patients with viral pneumonia hospitalized in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number method, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules, 75 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Lianbizhi Injection on the basis of the control group,0.5 g/time, added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection, once daily. Both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin 8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), and C-reactive protein(CRP) were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.41%, significantly higher than that in the control group(84.13%)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of fever, cough, headache, and pulmonary rales in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum inflammatory factors in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lianbizhi Injection combined with oseltamivir has significant effect in treatment of viral pneumonia, and can relieved clinical symptoms quickly, and can reduce the inflammatory response of the body, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
