摘　　要：目的:探讨对意识障碍患者神经介入治疗后应用Angioseal血管封堵器与Percloser血管缝合器的临床效果。方法:纳入本院收治的意识障碍行神经介入治疗的患者96例。研究时间在2018年5月~2019年12月。按照随机数字表法将96例患者分为A组和B组,各48例,分别给予Percloser血管缝合器和Angioseal血管封堵器止血,对比2组临床效果。结果:A组和B组在手术前股动脉最小内径和收缩期血流峰值速度对比无明显区别(P>0.05);手术后,2组较手术前相比两项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),且B组手术1个月后股动脉最小内径明显小于A组,收缩期血流峰值速度慢于A组,差异显著(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率明显低于A组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:Angioseal血管封堵器应用于意识障碍患者神经介入治疗后不仅具备显著的止血效果,与Percloser血管缝合器相比,还有助于减少并发症的出现,临床应用价值显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Angioseal and Percloser vascular closure devices in patients with consciousness disorder after nerve intervention therapy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with impaired consciousness who underwent neuro-interventional therapy were enrolled in this hospital.The research period is from May 2018 to December 2019.According to the random number table method,96 patients were divided into group A and group B,48 cases in each group.Percloser vascular suture device and Angioseal vascular occluder were given to hemostasis,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the minimum inner diameter of the femoral artery and the peak systolic blood flow velocity before the operation in group A and group B(P>0.05);after the operation,the two indexes were significantly improved in the two groups compared with those before the operation(P<0.05),and 1 month after the operation of group B,the smallest diameter of femoral artery was significantly smaller than that of group A,and the peak blood flow velocity during systole was slower than that of group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angioseal vascular occluder not only has significant hemostatic effect in patients with disturbance of consciousness after nerve interventional therapy,but also helps to improve comfort and reduce the occurrence of complications compared with Percloser vascular suture device.
