摘 要:目的:探讨全自动血气生化仪在急诊生化检验中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月80例急诊入院治疗患者作为研究对象;依据诊断仪器不同分为全自动血气分析仪组、全自动生化分析仪组以及全自动电解质分析仪组;三组均针对80例患者展开疾病检验;对比不同仪器共有的K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)和Ca^(++)四种电解质指标的检测结果,并对比三种仪器检测用时情况。结果:全自动血气生化组K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、Ca^(++)指标水平、生化组血样检测用时均低于全自动生化组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊生化检验中应用全自动血气生化仪检测迅速,除血气分析指标外,可同时完成电解质检测,便于快速评估患者病情,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application value of automatic blood gas biochemical instrument in emergency biochemistry test.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,80 emergency hospitalized patients were selected as the research object;According to different diagnostic instruments,it is divided into automatic blood gas analyzer group,automatic biochemical analyzer group and automatic electrolyte analyzer group;The disease tests were carried out in 80 patients in the three groups;Compare the test results of the four electrolyte indicators of K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-) and Ca^(++) shared by different instruments,and compare the testing time of the three instruments.Results:The indicator levels of K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ca^(++) and the time of blood sample detection in the automatic blood and gas biochemistry group were lower than those in the automatic blood and gas biochemistry group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic blood and gas biochemical analyzer in emergency biochemical test is rapid.In addition to blood and gas analysis indexes,electrolyte detection can be completed simultaneously,which is convenient for rapid assessment of patients’condition and has high clinical application value.
