摘 要:目的:评定Cobas 6000 e601电化学发光免疫分析仪检测联合微生物培养的临床运用价值。方法:将2018年1月~2020年3月本医院收治的32例患者的32份血液样本归入指标详细调查资料,都接受血清降钙素原测定及微生物培养,研究血液样本的血清降钙素原测定结果、微生物培养结果,调查血清降钙素原测定方法对血培养结果的判定敏感性、判定特异性、判定准确性,记录微生物培养结果为阳性血液样本的血清降钙素原测定详细数据范围及革兰氏细菌类别。结果:微生物培养结果阳性28.13%、阴性71.88%,血清降钙素原测定结果阳性56.25%、阴性43.75%;将微生物培养结果用作标准,血清降钙素原测定方法对血培养结果的判定敏感性、判定特异性、判定准确性依次为88.89%、56.52%、65.63%;微生物培养结果阳性血液样本中,革兰氏阳性菌55.56%,革兰氏阴性菌44.44%,革兰氏阳性菌所占比例相比革兰氏阴性菌所占比例区别情况较小(P>0.05)。结论:将血清降钙素原测定方法和微生物培养测定方法相结合存在重要意义,有助于感染患者的临床准确诊断。Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of Cobas 6000 e601 electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of combined microbial culture.Methods:32 blood samples from 32 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were included in the detailed investigation data.All patients received the serum procalcitonin test and microbial culture,studied the serum procalcitonin test results and microbial culture results of blood samples,and investigated the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of serum procalcitonin determination method for blood culture results,and record the detailed data range and gram bacteria category of serum procalcitonin determination of positive blood samples with microbial culture results.Results:The results of microbial culture were positive 28.13%,negative 71.88%,the results of serum procalcitonin were positive 56.25%,negative 43.75%;The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of serum procalcitonin were 88.89%,56.52% and 65.63% respectively;In the blood samples with positive results of microbial culture,gram was used as the standard 55.56% of Gram-positive bacteria,44.44% of Gram-negative bacteria,and the proportion of Gram-positive bacteria was smaller than that of Gram-negative bacteria(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is of great significance to combine the determination of serum procalcitonin with the determination of microbial culture,which is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of patients with infection.
