直线偏光红外线治疗仪在糖尿病合并周围神经病变中的疗效

摘　　要：目的:以治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)为目的,探讨直线偏光红外线治疗仪在DPN中的应用可行性。方法:时间2018年8月~2020年8月,纳该时期110例DPN患者作为疗效调查样本,统计患者病案资料尾号单双号予以分组,为Ⅰ组(55例)制定直线偏光红外线治疗仪联合基础治疗的医治方案,为Ⅱ组(55例)制定单一基础治疗的医治方案;比较两组运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、生活质量量表(SF-36)、疗效优良率差异。结果:治疗前两组肌电图指标与SF-36评分比较,P>0.05,无统计学差异;治疗后,Ⅰ组的腓总神经与正中神经各自MNCV、SNCV水平高于Ⅱ组,SF-36评分与疗效优良率高于Ⅱ组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:利用直线偏光红外线治疗仪医治DPN,可改善患者神经传导速度,提升生活质量,疗效令人满意。Objective:To treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)as the purpose,to explore the application feasibility of linear polarized infrared therapy instrument in DPN.Methods:A total of 110 patients with DPN from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the efficacy survey samples,and the patients'medical records were grouped into groups.Develop a treatment plan for group I(55 cases)with linear polarized infrared therapy instrument combined with basic treatment,and for group Ⅱ(55 cases)with a single basic treatment plan;The differences in motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),quality of life scale(SF-36),and the rate of good efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before therapy,the electromyogram indicators and SF-36 scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After therapy,MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in group Ⅰ were higher than group Ⅱ;SF-36 scores and good treatment rate were higher than group Ⅱ(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference.Conclusion:The light therapy apparatus can improve the DPN patient’s nerve conduction velocity,life quality and treatment effects.
