摘　　要：目的:分析超声检查在小儿髋关节发育不良(DDH)早期筛查中的价值。方法:在本院就诊的DDH患者中选取2079例,纳入时间为2019年1月~2020年11月,均行超声检查,以高频超声测量髋关节的形态,判定小儿有无先天性DDH、髋关节脱位,随访检查阳性患儿。结果:2079例中含1697例正常Ⅰ型髋关节,314例Ⅱa型髋关节生理性的发育不成熟,随访该组患儿后可见,304例转至正常Ⅰ型髋关节,10例转至Ⅱc型;20例Ⅱb型骨化延迟;20例Ⅱc型DDH;29例一侧Ⅱa型、一侧Ⅱc型;未发现Ⅳ型髋关节脱位、Ⅲ型髋关节半脱位者。结论:将超声早期筛查髋关节在儿童保健门诊中广泛展开,对DDH的及时诊断、治疗十分有利,可使手术率、致残率显著降低,儿童健康的水平提升。Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in early screening of developmental dysplasia of hip(DDH)in children.Methods:2079 cases of DDH patients in our hospital were selected from January 2019 to November 2020.All patients underwent ultrasound examination,and the morphology of hip joint was measured by high-frequency ultrasound to determine whether the children had congenital DDH and hip joint dislocation,and the positive children were followed up.Results:Among the 2079 cases,1697 cases of normal type Ⅰ hip joints and 314 cases of type Ⅱa hip joints were physiologically immature.After follow-up of this group of children,304 cases were transferred to normal type Ⅰ hip joints,and 10 cases were transferred to type Ⅱ hips.Type c;20 cases of type Ⅱb delayed ossification;20 cases of type Ⅱc DDH;29 cases of type Ⅱa on one side and type Ⅱc on one side;no type Ⅳ hip dislocation and type Ⅲ hip subluxation were found.Conclusion:Early ultrasound screening of hip joint in children’s health care clinic is widely carried out,which is very conducive to the timely diagnosis and treatment of DDH,which can significantly reduce the operation rate and disability rate,and improve the level of children’s health.
