阴道联合腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析阴道超声联合腹部超声应用在异位妊娠诊断中的效果。方法:本文研究对象来自2019年1月~2020年2月到本院进行治疗的84例异位妊娠患者,所有患者最终经过临床病理诊断确诊,在进行临床病理诊断前所有患者均通过阴道联合腹部超声诊断,分析阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断的价值。结果:阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断异位妊娠82例,2例患者因为声像图模糊而未能确诊,诊断符合率为97.62%,与临床病理诊断相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:在异位妊娠的诊断中,通过阴道超声联合腹部超声进行诊断具有较高的诊断价值,可以为临床病症的及时判断和及时治疗提供影像学依据。Objective:To analyze the effect of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The research subjects in this article were 84 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020.All patients were finally confirmed by clinical pathological diagnosis.Before the diagnosis of clinical cases,all patients were diagnosed by vaginal combined with abdominal ultrasound,analyze the value of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound diagnosis.Results:82 cases of ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound.Two patients could not be diagnosed because of the blurred sonogram,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.62%.Compared with clinical pathological diagnosis,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,the diagnosis by vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound has a high diagnostic value,and it can provide imaging basis for the timely judgment and treatment of clinical diseases.
