CT联合MRI诊断对定位盆腔囊性病变部位的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:深入研究CT联合MRI诊断对定位盆腔囊性病变部位的应用价值。方法:对2017年12月~2020年6月42例盆腔囊性为主的肿块的女性患者CT联合MRI表现进行回顾性分析,将临床手术病理结果与之对比。结果:68个病灶中,CT联合MRI检查出病灶68个,诊断准确率为100%;子宫内膜异位症、输卵管积液、黄体囊肿和淋巴管瘤诊断率分别为97.22%,100%,91.67%和100%,总的来说,CT联合MRI影像显示的病灶部位与手术病理检出的病灶部位符合率为100%,CT联合MRI影像诊断病变类型结果与手术病理符合率为97.06%。结论:CT联合MRI诊断对定位盆腔囊性病变部位诊断具有精准、高效的优异性能,具有重要临床价值。Objective:To explore the application value of CT combined with MRI in the localization of pelvic cystic lesions.Methods:From December 2017 to June 2020,42 female patients with pelvic cystic masses were retrospectively analyzed with CT and MRI findings,and the clinical and surgical pathological results were compared with them.Results:Among 68 lesions,68 lesions were detected by CT combined with MRI,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 100%;the diagnostic rates of endometriosis,tubal effusion,luteal cyst and lymphangioma were 97.22%,100%,91.67% and 100%,respectively.In general,the coincidence rate between CT combined with MRI imaging and surgical pathology was 100%,and the coincidence rate between CT combined with MRI imaging and surgical pathology was 97.06%.Conclusion:CT combined with MRI diagnosis has excellent performance in locating pelvic cystic lesions with precision and efficiency,and has important clinical value.
