摘 要:目的:探讨应用氧气雾化器雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取自2017年7月~2019年4月本院收治的小儿呼吸系统疾病患儿158例,应用数字表随机法分成两组,对照组(n=79)应用超声雾化器进行雾化吸入治疗,观察组(n=79)应用氧气雾化器进行雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率96.20%,对照组总有效率83.54%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.80%,对照组不良反应发生率17.72%,观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用氧气雾化器雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病可以提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomizer inhalation in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children.Methods:A total of 158 children with respiratory diseases from July 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using the random method of the digital table.The control group(n=79)was sprayed with an ultrasonic nebulizer.Inhalation therapy,the observation group(n=79)used oxygen nebulizer for nebulization inhalation therapy to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children.Results:The total effective rate was 96.20% in the observation group and 83.54% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.80% in the observation group and 17.72% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of oxygen nebulizer nebulization inhalation to treat children’s respiratory diseases can improve the clinical efficacy.
