人工流产术中放置吉娜宫内节育器的避孕效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在人工流产术中为患者放置吉娜宫内节育器具有的避孕效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年3月本院收治的104例人工流产患者为研究对象,按入院顺序将其分为两组,对照组患者在人工流产术后第一次月经结束3d后放置吉娜宫内节育器,观察组在术中便放置宫内节育器。比较两组的避孕效果。结果:①避孕效果方面,观察组患者术后初次月经来潮前意外妊娠率及术后半年的节育器终止率,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);②手术相关指标方面,观察组平均手术次数及医疗费用相比于对照组明显降低(P<0.05);③不良反应方面,观察组患者白带增加、恶心头痛等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在人工流产术中为患者放置吉娜宫内节育器,可获得理想的避孕效果,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the contraceptive effect of placing Gina intrauterine contraceptive device in induced abortion.Methods:104 cases of induced abortion patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the admission order.The control group received Gina intrauterine iud three days after the end of the first menstruation after induced abortion,and the observation group received intrauterine iud during the operation.The contraceptive efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:①In terms of contraceptive effect,the rate of accidental pregnancy before the first menstruation and the rate of iud termination half a year after the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);②In terms of operation related indicators,the average number of operations and medical expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);③In terms of adverse reactions,the incidence of leucorrhea,nausea and headache in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the artificial abortion for the patient to place Gina intrauterine device,can obtain the ideal contraceptive effect,and less adverse reactions.
