摘 要:目的:分析不同蓝光照射方法对新生儿黄疸的疗效,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年6月在本院接受治疗的62例黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组患儿采用蓝光持续照射疗法,研究组患儿采用蓝光间断照射疗法,两组患儿均连续治疗4d,观察两组患儿的治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组和对照组患儿总治疗有效率分别为96.77%(30/32)和74.19%(23/32),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组患儿不良反应发生率分别为6.45%(2/32)和25.81%(8/32),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对黄疸新生儿应用蓝光间断照射疗法有助于改善治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of different blue light irradiation methods on neonatal jaundice and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:62 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,and the general data difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05).The control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation,while the study group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation.Both groups were treated for 4 days.The effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 96.77%(30/32)and 74.19%(23/32),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 6.45%(2/32)and 25.81%(8/32),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent blue light irradiation is helpful to improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
