重症监护病房血液培养应用梅里埃仪器的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在重症监护病房(ICU)患者的血液培养中应用梅里埃仪器的临床应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年12月本院ICU送检的840例血液样本作为临床研究对象,对所有血液样本进行培养、分析,采用VITEK2 Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行细菌鉴定与药敏鉴定。结果:在840例血液样本当中共培养出121株细菌,其中革兰阳性菌有46例,占比38.02%,革兰阴性菌有57例,占比47.1%,真菌有18例,占比14.88%,主要致病菌为葡萄球菌与肺炎克雷伯菌。结论:在ICU患者的血液培养中应用梅里埃仪器能准确检测出患者病菌感染情况,通过掌握患者的主要致病菌,便于临床采用针对性药物进行治疗,可提升患者的临床治疗有效性。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of Mérieux instrument in blood culture of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:Select 840 blood samples sent by the ICU of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 as the clinical research objects,culture and analyze all blood samples,and use VITEK2 Compact automatic bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analyzer for bacteria Identification and drug susceptibility identification.Results:A total of 121 strains of bacteria were cultured in 840 blood samples,of which 46 were gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 38.02%,57 were gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 47.1%,and 18 cases were fungi,accounting for 14.88%,the main pathogenic bacteria are Staphylococcus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion:The application of Mérieux’s instrument in the blood culture of ICU patients can accurately detect the patient’s pathogenic infection.By mastering the patient’s main pathogens,it is convenient to use targeted drugs for clinical treatment,which can improve the effectiveness of the patient’s clinical treatment.
