摘　　要：瓦里安加速器控制系统是加速器的核心系统,为加速器系统的稳定运行提供了可靠保证。本文针对本科室在用的瓦里安21EX型和Trilogy型C系列高能加速器,介绍其控制系统工作原理,并针对日常使用过程中控制系统常见故障进行分析、研究,提出一种可及时排查、维修瓦里安C系列加速器控制系统故障CTRL连锁的思路与方法,减少因瓦里安C系列加速器控制系统故障CTRL连锁引起的停机时间和维护费用,提高加速器整机工作效率,保障加速器的稳定运行,提升医务人员和患者的满意度。The Varian accelerator control system is the key system of the accelerator,which provides a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of the accelerator system.This paper introduces the working principle of the control system of Varian 21EX and Trilogy C series high-energy accelerators in use in the undergraduate room,analyzes and studies the common faults of the control system in the process of daily use,and puts forward an idea and method of CTRL interlocking that can timely troubleshoot and repair the faults of Varian C series accelerator control system,Reduce the downtime and maintenance costs caused by the CTRL interlock of Varian C series accelerator control system failure,improve the working efficiency of the accelerator,ensure the stable operation of the accelerator,and improve the satisfaction of medical personnel and patients.
