摘　　要：本文应用文献研究等方法,在综合分析当前医疗器械维护管理存在的问题的基础上,从管理理念、维修能力、管理制度等方面探究改进策略,以期能够为相关人员及机构提供有价值的参考,帮助相关机构构建更合理、有效的医疗器械维修维护管理系统。In this paper,the application methods of literature research,comprehensive analysis on the current problems existing in the medical equipment maintenance and management,on the basis of the management idea,the repair ability,probing into the management system to improve the strategy,in order to provide valuable reference for related personnel and institutions,to help build a more reasonable and effective institutional medical equipment maintenance management system.
