摘  要:目的:观察温经汤对运动性月经失调大鼠的防治作用。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为空白组、造模组、温经汤组,每组各10只。采用力竭游泳运动复制水上运动项目女运动员月经不调大鼠模型。温经汤组给予温经汤灌胃,空白组、造模组灌蒸馏水,共给药4周。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、促黄体素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)含量。结果:与空白组比较,造模组大鼠FSH含量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),温经汤组大鼠FSH含量略高于空白组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与造模组比较,温经汤组大鼠FSH明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LH含量各组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),单纯从数值上看,温经汤组大鼠LH含量最高,造模组大鼠LH含量最低。与空白组比较,造模组大鼠P含量显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),温经汤组大鼠P含量稍有下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与造模组比较,温经汤组大鼠P明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,造模组大鼠T水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),温经汤组稍下降(P>0.05)。与造模组比较,温经汤大鼠T含量数值增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与空白组比较,造模组大鼠E_(2)含量显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),温经汤组大鼠E_(2)含量下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温经汤对运动性月经失调有防治作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Wenjing Tang on the prevention and treatment of athletic menstrual irregularities rats. Methods: A total of 30 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, and Wenjing Tang groups(10 rats in each group). A rat model of athletic menstrual irregularities in aquatic sports was reproduced by exhaustive swimming exercise.Wenjing tang group was given Wenjing Tang gavage,and blank group,model group were given distilled water for a total of 4 weeks.The levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in rats. Results:When compared with the blank group,the FSH content of rats in the model group decreased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the FSH content of rats in the Wenjing Tang group was slightly higher than that of the blank group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with the model group, FSH of rats in Wenjing Tang group increased significantly(P<0.05). Although there was no significant difference in LH content among groups(P>0.05), only numerically,the LH content of rats in Wenjing Tang group was the highest,while that of rats in model group was the lowest.Compared with the blank group,the P content of rats in the model group was significantly reduced and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the P content of rats in the Wenjing Tang group was slightly reduced and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with the model group,the rats in Wenjing Tang group had a significant rise in P,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the level of T decreased in rats with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and it decreased slightly in Wenjing Tang group(P>0.05).
