扶正平喘汤联合西药治疗过敏性哮喘临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正平喘汤联合西药治疗过敏性哮喘的临床疗效及对免疫调节功能的影响。方法:选取92例过敏性哮喘患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各46例。对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予扶正平喘汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)]水平、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流速峰值(PEF)]水平变化,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分及血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、内皮素-1 (ET-1)水平变化。结果:治疗后,2组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前上升,研究组上述3项水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FVC、FEV1、PEF指标值均较治疗前上升,研究组上述3项指标值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率为93.5%,对照组为71.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、血浆ET-1、TXB2水平均较治疗前下降,研究组上述3项水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正平喘汤联合西药治疗过敏性哮喘可有效提高临床疗效,改善机体免疫功能,改善肺功能。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Pingchuan tang combined with western medicine for allergic asthma and its effects on immune regulation. Methods: A total of 92 cases of patients with allergic asthma were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,and the study group was additionally treated with Fuzheng Pingchuan tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment, the changes in the levels of serum immunoglobulin[immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobulin A(IGA), immunoglobulin M(IgM)] and pulmonary function [forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)] were observed between the two groups. Changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores as well as levels of plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2) and endothelin-1(ET-1) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,levels of IgG,IgA,and IgM in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the three levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,values of FVC,FEV1,and PEF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the three indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 93.5% in the study group, and 71.7% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,syndrome scores and levels of ET-1 and TXB2 in plasma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the three levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).
