补肾健脾活血方联合八段锦对老年女性骨质疏松症患者血清钙、磷、25羟维生素D及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾健脾活血方联合八段锦对老年女性骨质疏松症患者血清钙、磷、25羟维生素D [25(OH)D]与骨密度的影响。方法:选取86例老年女性骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组给予常规治疗与八段锦联合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾健脾活血方治疗。观察2组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,股骨颈、腰椎正位、Wards三角区的骨密度,血清钙、磷、25(OH)D、骨代谢相关指标以及髋关节功能评分。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组VAS评分,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b (TRAP-5b)、I型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)水平均降低(P<0.05);股骨颈、腰椎正位、Wards三角区骨密度,血清25(OH)D水平,骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平,Harris、Salvati-Wilso评分均升高(P<0.05);观察组血清骨钙素(BGP)水平升高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后VAS评分,TRAP-5b、β-CTX水平均较低(P<0.05);股骨颈、腰椎正位、Wards三角区骨密度,血清25(OH)D水平,BALP、BGP水平,Harris、Salvati-Wilso评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾活血方联合八段锦治疗老年女性骨质疏松症有很好的临床疗效,可显著减轻患者的疼痛,改善骨密度,提高体内维生素D水平,促进骨的形成,提高患者髋关节功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue prescription combined with Baduanjin on calcium,phosphorus,25-hydroxyvitamin vitamin D[25(OH)D] in serum,and bone mineral density of senile female with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 86 cases of senile female with osteoporosis were selected,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and Baduanjin,and the observation group was additionally given Bushen Jianpi Huoxue prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),bone mineral density of the femoral neck,lumbar frontal position,and Ward triangle region,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,serum25(OH)D, the indexes related to bone metabolism, and score of the hip joint function were observed in the two groups.Results:Compared with those before treatment in the same group,scores of VAS,and levels of human tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5 b(TRAP-5 b) and typeⅠcollagen carboxy terminal peptide β-specific sequence(β-CTX) in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05);bone mineral density of the femoral neck, frontal position, and Ward triangle region,levels of serum 25(OH)D and bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),and scores of Harris and Salvati-Wilso were increased(P<0.05);the level of serum bone gla protein(BGP) in the observation group was increased(P<0.05). After treatment,score of VAS and levels of TRAP-5 b and β-CTX in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);bone mineral density of the femoral neck, lumbar frontal position, and Ward triangle region, levels of25(OH)D, BALP, and BGP in serum, and scores of Harris and Salvati-Wilso were higher(P<0.05).
