补肾壮骨汤联合西药对绝经期骨质疏松症骨密度及性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾壮骨汤联合西药对肝肾阴虚型绝经期骨质疏松症(PMOP)骨密度(BMD)及性激素的影响。方法:选取80例PMOP患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各40例。对照组给予阿法骨化醇片、阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予补肾壮骨汤治疗,2组以1个月为1个疗程,均连续治疗3个疗程。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、BMD及性激素水平[血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.50%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组BMD指标值均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),治疗组BMD指标值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清E2水平均较治疗前上升,血清FSH水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组血清E2水平高于对照组,血清FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗PMOP疗效确切,可缓解临床症状,调节性激素水平,增加BMD,用药安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu tang combined with western medicine on bone mineral density(BMD) and sex hormones of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP) of liver-kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:A total of 80 PMOP patients were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with alfacalciol tablets and alendronate sodium tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Bushen Zhuanggu tang based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated with one month as a course of treatment for three consecutive courses. The clinical effects in the two groups were observed,the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome score,BMD and levels of sex hormones including serum estradiol(E2) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the BMD in the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the BMD in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the level of serum E2 in both groups was respectively increased when compared with that before treatment,and the level of serum FSH was decreased;the level of serum E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum FSH was lower, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Bushen Zhuangu tang combined with alfacalciol and alendronate sodium is effective in treating PMOP, which can improve clinical symptoms,regulate the level of sex hormones and increase BMD.
