摘  要:目的探讨基于Dixon序列非对比增强自由呼吸导航3.0T全心冠状动脉磁共振成像(WHCMRA)对冠状动脉显示的可行性,并分析心率与图像质量间的相关性。方法纳入临床怀疑冠心病患者38例,于大连医科大学附属第一医院放射科完成3.0T Dixon序列WHCMRA成像,2名放射科医师以4分法对图像质量评分。结果38例受试者平均扫描(5.20±0.79)min,共计152支冠状动脉、342个节段,所有节段平均得分为(2.84±1.04)分,满足诊断要求(≥2分)的冠状动脉节段共287段(83.92%);除左主干、左前降支中段、左前降支远段与心率呈明显负相关关系(P<0.05)外,其余各节段与心率均无明显相关性。结论基于Dixon序列的非对比增强自由呼吸导航WHCMRA对冠状动脉显示有良好的可行性,能满足临床诊断需求。Objective To explore the feasibility of coronary artery visualization on non-contrast-enhanced free respiratory navigation whole-heart coronary magnetic resonance angiography(WH CMRA)on Dixon,and analyze the correlation between heart rate and image quality.Methods 38 patients with suspected coronary heart disease underwent WH CMRA based on Dixon in The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University.Two radiologists scored the image quality with 4 points.Results The mean scanning time of all 38 subjects was(5.20±0.79)min,including 152 coronary arteries and 342 segments.The mean score of all segments was(2.84±1.04).287 coronary segments(83.92%)met the diagnostic requirements(≥2 points).Heart rate showed a significant negative correlation with LM,LAD2 and LAD3 rather than other segments(P<0.05).Conclusion It is a feasible method to visualise coronary artery using non-contrast-enhanced free respiratory navigation WH CMRA based on Dixon,which can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.
