摘 要:核电厂重要厂用水系统碳钢管道内防腐在管道防腐作业范畴内比较特殊,要求比较严格,因为该系统在运行状态下,海水介质具有高腐蚀性和泥沙的冲击性。而且该系统具有安全功能,是整个核电厂的最终热阱,保证管道系统的安装质量对机组的运行状态具有极其重要的意义。该系统的碳钢管道在防腐方面采用了橡胶衬里、内壁重防腐、阴极保护三种措施,由于橡胶衬里施工工艺的特殊性,重要厂用水系统主要采取的是内壁重防腐与阴极保护相结合的管道防腐措施。本文总结了核电机组安装过程中,重要厂用水系统管道重防腐施工中出现的典型质量问题,针对每一种状况进行相关的原因分析、提出改进措施和合理化建议,阐述了各个重要的质控要点。借鉴其他核电厂的经验反馈,把出现的防腐质量问题统一整理,最终有效地提高了重要厂用水系统管道的安装质量。本文也为后续核电工程建安现场施工技术改进及质量管理提升工作提供了良好思路,可为后续同类工程管道安装提供指导和借鉴。The plant carbon steel pipeline corrosion in the pipeline corrosion protection work within the important service water system category is more special and more strict,because the sediment of seawater medium has high corrosion resistance and impact in the system running state.Moreover,the system has the important service waterurity function,it serves as the ultimate hot trap o£the whole nuclear power plant,and ensuring the installation quality of the piping system is of great significance to the running state of the unit.The system of the carbon steel pipeline o£the system adopted three measures of rubber lining,heavy anti-corrosion of inner walb and cathodic protection in the aspect of anti-corrosion.Due to the particularity of rubber lining construction process,the important service water system mainly takes the heavy anti-corrosion combined with the cathodic protection of the inner wall as the pipeline corrosion protection measures.This paper summarizes the typical quality problems in the heavy anticorrosion construction of pipelines in the important service water system during installation of nuclear power units,analyzes relevant reasons for each situation,and puts forward improvement measures and reasonable suggestions.The important key points of quality control are expounded.Drawing lessons from the experience feedback of other nuclear power plants,the anti-corrosion quality problems are sorted out uniformly,and finally the installation quality of the important service water system pipeline is effectively improved.This paper also provides a good idea for the technical improvement and quality management improvement of the construction site of follow-up nuclear power projects,and can provide guidance and reference for the pipeline installation of similar projects.
