摘　　要：在全球气候问题日趋严峻的大背景下,能源的清洁低碳转型成为趋势,核能和可再生能源作为两类最主要的低碳能源是世界各国能源转型的必然选择。然而受核电经济性和市场竞争力约束,多数国家核电发展步伐放缓,这给我国核电“走出去”带来了巨大挑战。因此,为了推动海外核电项目落地并为后续海外核电市场开发提供良好实践,本文以我国传统海外核电市场——巴基斯坦为例,通过分析巴基斯坦核电面临的经济性和市场竞争力问题,结合核电经济性特点,从宏观和微观层面探讨提高巴基斯坦核电经济性和市场竞争力的途径。Under the background of the increasingly serious global climate problem,clean and low-carbon energy transition has become a trend・Nuclear energy and renewable energy,as the two main types of low-carbon energy,have become the only sure path of the global energy transition.However,due to the restriction of economics and market competitiveness of nuclear power,the development of nuclear power has slowed down in most countries,which has further brought a great challenge for China's nuclear power “going global”.Therefore,in order to promote the implementation of overseas nuclear power project and provide good practice for subsequent development of overseas nuclear power market,this paper takes Pakistan-China's traditional nuclear power export market as an example,by analyzing the problems of economics and market competitiveness of nuclear power in Pakistan,and combining with the economic characteristics of nuclear power,to discuss the methods to improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of nuclear power in Pakistan from the macro and micro levels.
