摘 要:以白云鄂博微细粒稀土矿为研究对象,采用全自动矿物分析系统、MLA和扫描电镜等分析手段对其进行了工艺矿物学研究,在此基础上进行了稀土的浮选实验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明:原矿中REO的含量为7.27%,稀土矿物主要为氟碳铈矿和独居石,粒度分布在-15μm分别占74.06%和80.18%;脉石矿物主要是云母、方解石、白云石、闪石和石英等。采用羟肟酸类新型捕收剂WG-1,在较佳粗选条件下经一次粗选、两次精选的闭路实验,可获得稀土精矿品位(REO)为51.04%,回收率为44.16%的技术指标,为该细粒度矿的利用提供技术借鉴。Taking Bayan Obo micro fine-grained rare earth ore as the research object,the process mineralogy was studied by means of full-automatic mineral analysis system,MLA and scanning electron microscope.On this basis,the flotation test of rare earth was carried out.The results of process mineralogy show that the content of REO in the raw ore is 7.27%,the rare earth minerals are mainly bastnaesite and monazite,and the particle size distribution at -15μm accounts for 74.06% and 80.18% respectively,the gangue minerals are mainly mica,calcite,dolomite,amphibole and quartz,etc.By using wg-1,a new type of hydroxamic acid collector,on the optimal condition of roughing,through the closed-circuit test of one roughing and two cleaning,the technical index of rare earth concentrate grade(REO)of 51.04%and recovery of 44.16% can be obtained,which provides technical reference for the utilization of the fine ore.
