摘  要:为了提高江西某细粒钽铌尾矿的回收效果,进行了重浮联合流程回收钽铌矿,先用螺旋溜槽预先富集,粗精矿再进行常规条件下和磁处理条件下钽铌矿的浮选实验对比,结果表明,磁化浮选条件下钽铌细粒的回收效果比常规条件下要好,并且药剂用量都有所减少,Ta_(2)O_(5)精矿品位和回收率分别提高1.88%,2.75%;Nb2O5精矿品位和回收率分别提高1.58%,2.96%。该水系磁化浮选工艺对细粒钽铌矿的回收具有一定的生产指导意义。In order to improve the recovery effect of a fine tantalum niobium tailings in Jiangxi Province,the combination of gravity and flotation separation was adopted for the recovery of tantalum niobium.First,the spiral chute is used for preconcentration,and then the flotation test of tantalum niobium ores under conventional condition and magnetic treatment is carried out.The recovery effect of tantalum niobium fine particles under magnetization flotation is better than that under normal conditions,and the dosage of reagents are reduced,Ta_(2)O_(5) concentrate grade and recovery were increased by 1.88%,2.75%,respectively.Nb_(2)O_(5) concentrate grade and recovery were increased by 1.58%,2.96%,respectively.The magnetization flotation process has certain production guidance significance for the recovery of fine tantalum niobium ores.
