摘 要:中低品位高铁铝土矿的高效经济利用是氧化铝企业亟待解决的难题。本文以中低品位高铁一水硬铝石为原料,模拟氧化铝生产企业压煮器溶出系统和管道化溶出系统工艺条件,进行了拜耳法溶出和赤泥沉降分离实验,考察了中低品位高铁铝土矿在不同工艺条件下的溶出性能。结果表明,在压煮器系统溶出工艺条件下(原矿浆固含355 g/L,石灰添加量9%,溶出温度250℃,溶出时间45 min),氧化铝的实际溶出率在60%以下,相对溶出率在65%左右,溶出液αk为1.40~1.42;在管道化系统溶出工艺条件下(原矿浆固含255 g/L,石灰添加量12%,溶出温度270℃,溶出时间45 min),氧化铝的实际溶出率为80%左右,相对溶出率在90%左右,溶出液αk为1.34~1.36。采用生产现场高氧化铝浓度、高固含(Al2O3175 g/L,固含100~150 g/L)的生产条件,两种工艺条件下溶出赤泥的沉降分离都很困难,对现场常用絮凝剂进行筛选,仅CiBa HP-20尚可使用,压煮器溶出赤泥沉降速度平均约为10 mm/min,管道化溶出赤泥沉降速度平均约为8 mm/min。It is a very urgent to be resolved problem for high-efficiency and economic utilization of lowermedium grade high iron bauxite in alumina enterprise.Bayer digestion and sedimentation experimental were conducted by simulating the autoclave and tube digestion technological condition in production filed with lower-medium grade high iron bauxite as raw material,respectively.The digestion performance of the bauxite were investigated in different technological conditions.The results indicate that the actual dissolution rate is less than 60%,the relative dissolution rate is about 65%,the digestion liquor α_(k) is 1.40~1.42 under the autoclave digestion conditions of the original ore pulp solid content of 355g/L,leaching temperature of 250℃,leaching time of 45 min,lime usage of 9%.And the actual dissolution rate is about 80%,the relative dissolution rate is about 90%,the digestion liquorαk is 1.34~1.36 under the tube digestion conditions of the original ore pulp solid content of 255 g/L,leaching temperature of 270℃,leaching time of 45 min,lime usage of 12%.The sedimentation and separation of red mud are very difficult adopting the production field conditions of high concentration of Al_(2)O_(3),high solid content of original ore pulp(Al_(2)O_(3)175 g/L,solid content 100~150 g/L),the average settling velocity of red mud from autoclave digestion experiment is about 10 mm/min,and the average settling velocity of red mud from tube digestion experiment is about 8 mm/min with CiBa HP-20 selected from the production as flocculating agent.
